WHAT P0300 MEANS

P0300 means multiple Rogue cylinders misfired or the ECM could not isolate one dominant cylinder. Preserve P0301–P0304 counts, trims, temperature and load before moving coils. A single leader needs plug, ignition, injector and compression testing; all cylinders point toward shared MAF/air leakage, purge, fuel supply, voltage or timing. Direct-injected PR25DD and turbo KR15DDT engines add high-pressure and charge-air branches not used on older QR25DE models.

Examine gap, insulator, raw-fuel wetness, oil ash and unusual cleaning. Compare cylinders while keeping each plug identified so injector and mechanical evidence is not mixed together.

If the count remains after one controlled ignition test, return the known-good component and measure injector contribution, compression and leak-down. Do not assume every Rogue misfire is ignition.

Rogue diagnostics span S35, T32 and T33 generations with QR25DE, PR25DD, KR15DDT, hybrid and market-specific powertrains, while Rogue Sport is a separate model. EVAP routing, MAF strategy, catalyst layout, valve timing and CVT hardware are not interchangeable. Confirm VIN, production model, engine, drivetrain, CVT code and calibration before applying a test or bulletin.
