A repeatable five-bolt workflow
Support the wheel squarely against the hub and start every bolt by hand. Snug in a crosswise sequence, then make one controlled final pass at 140 N·m with a calibrated wrench so one bolt does not carry the wheel off-center.
Clean the mating faces and wheel pilot without coating the bolt threads in oil. Lubrication changes friction and can produce more bolt tension than the dry specification intended.
